I honestly miss my bus drivers from my daily commute Horror movies in this house we love family canvas I haven’t taken the bus in over a year (for obvious reasons) but I think about my favorite drivers sometimes and hope they are doing well it was so nice to count on them for a smile or a quick happy word after a long day at the office, and when one of them saw me running late and waited for me one day I almost cried . This reminded me that there is a local worker on a new housing construction that has brightened every morning on the school run for the past few months with a simple wave and a big smile for everyone that goes past. Honestly, I’ve been having a tough time and that can change my whole morning. I’ve just emailed the company as I kept meaning to ask thank you for this post, we need these people and must protect them at all costs

Hang in there. The world needs more people like you. And you have proof that a simple act of kindness can literally make the world of difference to someone.. I am so glad that someone took the time to honor you. Sometimes in a world that measures the value of a person on their wealth or status, we forget that no need to have either of those attributes to change someone’s life, day or moment. Thank you for all you do to change the world and I am not talking about your job, I’m talking about YOU!. Thank you for being one of the strangers who make peoples’ day a bit brighter! Ugh this hit hard to home for me. Not because I’m a bus driver but as someone with depression that is happy to see people it hits hard feeling alone. Sweet man . I’m a total introvert but it does warm my grizzly heart when people are kind and welcoming. I’m and that bring tears to my eyes. I used to work in a chocolate store and things here are REALLY bad There was this lovely old man that came to our shop, to buy some chocolate for his wife, that was in the hospital, because of covid. She wasn’t well and he wanted to buy chocolates to her, because she loved and would make her smile, when she came back home. That day, I’ve asked my boss, of we could give something to him, as a present, so i put some roses with his chocolate and wrote a note saying : i hope you life can be always sweet. It was a small gesture, but it made him so happy. I hope his back to his wife
