I honestly miss my bus drivers from my daily commute Sometimes I question my sanity but my guinea pigs told me I’m fine t-shirt I haven’t taken the bus in over a year (for obvious reasons) but I think about my favorite drivers sometimes and hope they are doing well . This reminded me that there is a local worker on a new housing construction that has brightened every morning on the school run for the past few months with a simple wave and a big smile for everyone that goes past. Honestly, I’ve been having a tough . Love this. I’m going to share this with my 17-year-old son, who just started working at a quick service restaurant. Behind the work is this magical, profound opportunity to impact someone’s LIFE! “Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindne . New Yorkers are the best! We had such a great experience when was helpful and went out of their way to assist when we needed it. Love that city!!

I was lucky to visit NYC just before the city shut down last year. We flew back home to Canada on March 10th. I can’t wait until we can visit again!. I agree. I love NY and have lived here all my life. But the crime and homelessness is the worst I have seen. Again love NY. Enjoy your freedoms, live life hard and with passion and remember to breathe it all in. You never know when you’ll be back to square one. (Melbourne was coming back too, but we are now in our 4th lockdown.). What a great !. You are absolutely right that New York City is not about the skyscrapers or even the theatres, museums and arenas. Its charm lies in the people, the action, the spontaneity that’s just daily life. That’s what I love about New York. I’m excited to meet . It’s not only New Yorkers who love the city, can’t wait until we can travel there again from Australia. From a random person in the wasteland of Nebraska, I’m very happy for NY. May you thrive and spread the melting pot and so many cultures that I’ve always imagined NY to be. . It still makes me nervous to see so many people, but I know that’s largely the part of me still recovering from the past 16 months. I am so looking forward to traveling again..
