And just like that everyone marks their maps for when we travel to New York next. I hope you’re still open when Australians like me can visit.. I love how much he loves his regulars. He’s not just making them feel appreciated, he actually appreciates them, and that’s why they’ve come back time after time all these years. I hope you make it Henry!. I completely understand Henry! I closed down for the pandemic and never opened back up. My store was my heart and my customers made it even better. I didn’t get to say goodbye to many of them but I still hear from other store owners that were in the same village that my previous customers over the past year and half have come looking for my store and for me and that they always have great things to say about it. Being my own boss was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but at the same time it was the most rewarding it’s bittersweet but I just keep telling myself that one day I’ll be able to open my doors back up, all in due time seeing someone walk out with something I made that’s the memory that I will hold on to until that day comes again! Henry should look into the small business loan/Grant program that New York state is opening up I believe on June 8. It is designed to provide owners of small businesses who owe rent arrears relief so that they do not lose their businesses or their leases.. I will be in NY next weekend I will definitely try and make it to Houston st to check out Henry store, praying for an a really busy summer. Just 30 minutes and the fundraiser is almost at its goal. So happy!!! I can’t wait to visit New York again and check out this mans store.. Just donated and in the time it took me to donate a dozen others had donated.
